Doing fast curls the wide
arm movement of the previous described curl is
skipped. The devilstick turns fastly around your wrist - above and under
your arm by turns. The motion is really smooth. Tip: You can start with
the
one handed helicopter, then turn the devilstick once
above the wrist and continue as fast curl. In any case you should be
able to do these two trick before starting with fast curls. |
